Mr. Berger is a co-founder of Radical. He has managed the company’s business affairs including structuring the intellectual property deals behind Radical’s Portfolio as well as $10 million in motion picture licensing deals on behalf of the company with Universal Pictures, Spyglass Entertainment/MGM, New Regency, Warner Bros., Rogue Pictures, Fox, Relativity Media and Walt Disney Pictures. Prior to Radical, Mr. Berger received a B.A. degree in Film and Video Production at Brooks Institute of Photography.
Mr. Levine a is co-founder of Radical. Prior to Radical, he was a producer with a first look deal in the entertainment division of Dark Horse Comics, the largest independent comic book publisher in the world. Mr. Levine previously produced Detroit Rock City for New Line Cinema and was involved with merchandising and marketing (creating key designs and marketing images) for Mötley Crüe and KISS, which in turn grossed over $2 billion in revenue. In 1987, Mr. Levine began producing soundtracks for motion pictures and music supervised such films as Driving Miss Daisy, Guilty By Suspicion, Street Fighter, Judge Dredd and Die Hard With A Vengeance.
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Kaufman has served as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to Radical he served as Vice President of Professional Services and Vice President of Product and Customer Management for over 12 years in the publicly traded company, Fair Isaac Corporation. Notably, Mr. Kaufman managed a staff of over 150 employees and oversaw strategic product direction and profitability, generating over $100 million per year with 70% in recurring revenue. Previously, Mr. Kaufman worked for IBM Consulting managing IT projects in their transportation sector. Mr. Kaufman received a B.A. degree from the University of California Santa Barbara.
Mr. Berger is a co-founder of Radical and has served as Radical’s general counsel and has held the office of Secretary since inception. Mr. Berger provides representation in all legal, intellectual property, corporate and shareholding matters concerning the various Radical corporations. Mr. Berger has more than 30 years experience as an attorney and has worked extensively with start-up and mature companies in the Silicon Valley, as well as internationally. Mr. Berger received a B.A. degree from University of California Santa Barbara and a J.D. from University of Oregon School of Law in Eugene, Oregon.
