After the Solar Alliance enacts a plan to starve Venus of vital resources, ex-Marine Vijaya “Sam” Narayan and her besieged rebel army take a deadly risk and land a strike force on Earth’s moon. From there, they create a partnership with one of the unscrupulous fusion magnates who keep a stranglehold on the System’s energy supply.
